Another day another wander around the fens and marshes!

Thought I’d stretch my legs a bit today and extend my reach out into Terrington Marsh.

When I set off the weather was fine but windy, the sky was blue and I felt the sun warm on my back. It was when I reached the marsh (just past Ongar Hill) that the sky clouded over and the wind strengthened. I did find shelter in the lee of the sea wall, so I hunkered down for some lunch. The way back was along the Peter Scott Way towards Kings Lynn then inland on the Clenchwarton Parish walk route. The return leg of this walk was a bit of a trudge as the weather was not so kind but I’m home now and sinking a very well earned beer!!
