Another spectacular November day in Norfolk! 11 miles around Wells next the Sea and Holkham Hall on a glorious sunny autumn day. This is a very ‘open’ walk so not recommended in cold and windy weather but we enjoyed the opposite… calm, sunny and dry.
Although we started and ended the route in Wells we chose to drive a short distance to Burnham Market for a post trek pint. The Host Arms was the most perfect venue. Tastefully decorated for Christmas with a super sized log burner glowing in the corner and very friendly staff both provided a very warm welcome as we sank into our fireside seats with a very nice beer!
